“We had our bathroom fully refurbished, we also got the loft sorted , (knocked down chimney, new roof tiles, windows, insulated, boarded up, reinforced flooring, new loft ladder, lights and electric points & radiator ) We can now use the loft as a hobby room and is the warmest room in the house! And everytime I step into my bathroom I feel like I’m in a spa! Excellent finish on both jobs and will not hesitate to use Chigwell construction for all future jobs. Eddie and his team (Adrian & Mario) were very friendly, consulted myself about the details, they respected our home and made sure our pets did not escape. They cleaned up everyday and the one occasion where we had some heating issues, they came back and fixed it even though I said it could be fixed in the morning. A few touch ups needed to be done a couple of weeks later and there was no hesitation, his team came round and got the little jobs done to finish of the project. Extremely happy with their service and I would highly recommend 👍"

“I recently had the pleasure of working with CCS early this year to renovate ground floor washroom and toilet facilities for an elderly couple with limited mobility. Key highlights included; 1 project manager as main point of contact who stayed with the project from start to finish, and was on hand almost 24/7 to help with any queries and to advise on appropriate materials, fixtures, and fittings; a competent team who covered all disciplines of building work and who worked together to solve on the job problems; high quality of workmanship and a constant check that work was being executed in the right way; and post build support where any issues (not many) were assessed within 24 hours and resolved as soon as possible. This is one if the best experiences that I have had working with a building company and I would definitely work with CCS again. "

They did quote the most out of everyone but during the first meeting, I felt I could trust them as Eddie, the project manager, spoke about every aspects of the job from plumbing, electrical, structural and finishing. “We had an emergency situation yesterday and Eddie came to our rescue. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for Eddie’s and his colleague’s effors to sort out this crisis for us. We booked an appliance engineer to repair our oven. He came yesterday afternoon and looked at the oven fuse and concluded that this was faulty/not working and that it needed changing. He gave me “the good news” that there was nothing wrong with the oven. To prove this he tried to make an improvisation by putting wire around the fuse. By doing this he burnt the mains fuse and left me without electricity in the whole house, on a Thursday afternoon, before Bank holiday....When I called Eddie he promptly responded and made himself available even though he was at a considerable distance from my house. He not only resolved the mains but also looked at the oven problem and very quickly identified what the real problem was. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend for any job you may have!"
