“We had an emergency situation yesterday and Eddie came to our rescue. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for Eddie’s and his colleague’s effors to sort out this crisis for us.

We booked an appliance engineer to repair our oven. He came yesterday afternoon and looked at the oven fuse and concluded that this was faulty/not working and that it needed changing. He gave me “the good news” that there was nothing wrong with the oven. To prove this he tried to make an improvisation by putting wire around the fuse. By doing this he burnt the mains fuse and left me without electricity in the whole house, on a Thursday afternoon, before Bank holiday....When I called Eddie he promptly responded and made himself available even though he was at a considerable distance from my house. He not only resolved the mains but also looked at the oven problem and very quickly identified what the real problem was. We are very pleased with his work and highly recommend for any job you may have!”

“We found Eddie via yellow pages as our electricity shut down completely one Saturday night (leaving fridge, freezer not working!).

He came on Sunday morning, very shortly after the phone call, and checked all around the house very quickly. He determined the problem fast (it was our dish washer causing the short cuts) and gave us good advice how to continue to solve this issue.

As we didn’t notice - one socket was disconnected + therefore not working –we called back to ask about it and he came straight back, to find out first what it was, then fixing it – this was totally our fault but Eddie stayed friendly and polite.

“Eddie came the evening of my call. Assessed the issue that I had. Needed new fuse box & wire upgrade from Meter to fuse box. ( Requirements for Smart Meter ) & Shower not working, I thought it just need a replacement fuse for the pull cord switch. How wrong was I. Eddie & his colleague came on the Saturday of that week. They were able to move the meter which allowed the new fuse box to sit in the same cupboard out of sight. The Shower & pull cord switch had major issues, the switch hand arced causing one of the wires to burn out. Likewise the shower had a similar problem. Thanks to Eddie's patience I was able to purchase a new shower & switch. Which they installed the same day. Once again, Thank you!!”
